Mindful Adult: Experiential Learning through Embodied Mindfulness

Wellness studio Body and brain constitute the mind, therefore a new knowledge similar to Montessori approach, which requires a new paradigm (perspective) of being and relating must be integrated into a whole being. Each Thursday and Sunday adult learners receive an email with somatic and embodiment practices to support overall well-being and integration of Montessori learning. Once a quarter adult learners can attend a 90-min workshop with a presentation and practices. Live workshop attendance is calculated towards classroom hours. Wellness Studio is aiming to promote the importance of self care, and tangibly support early childhood educators, parents, caregivers to avoid burnout, which is so prevalent among those in caring professions.
